notes:
1. the pattern of notes on the middle two strings in the 2nd bit
varies quite a bit. Above is as played the first time it occurs:
but it's quite tricky to play, so you might want to try another
variation if it's easier.
2. I find hammering on the note at * in the 1st bit makes the
picking easier and sounds OK.
3. there are occasional variations involving the top strings but
I've left these out for clarity.
